In Kalayaan (Chapter 1, Episode 11), the crew continues their night out at the bar. Between scouting the entrance for familiar faces and sharing the latest updates, the conversation takes a funny, cynical turn when Gen offers his own take on what freedom really looks like back home.

Setting: Still inside Athens bar, with the blue Greek-patterned border along the wall.

• Panel 1: Two guys stand near the bar entrance holding beer bottles while chatting.
  • Guy 1 (White t-shirt): “Jao, ayun si Paolo… at ang bukol… haha.”
  • Jao (Off-panel): “Asan?!”
  • Guy 1: “Ayun. Asa may entrance.”
  • Guy 2 (Green t-shirt): “Feck. Ang laki… haha.”
• Panel 2: Xerx smirks in his red tee and cap, reacting to the teasing.
  • Xerx: “Pfft. Laki nga… ng tenga.”
• Panel 3: Alex checks his phone while casually sharing some gossip.
  • Alex: “Sunod daw si Marc. Depressed. Natanggal sa work.”
  • Off-panel voice: “Da who?!”
• Panel 4: Jao and Alex chat over their drinks as Alex looks over at Jao.
  • Jao: “Ick. Baket daw? Ano nangyare?”
  • Alex: “Hindi sinabi eh…”
  • Off-panel voice: “‘Te, sino ba yang pinaguusapan nio?!”
• Panel 5: Alex turns to Gen and asks about a location.
  • Alex: “…San uli sa Kalayaan ito?”
• Panel 6: Gen turns around with closed eyes and a deadpan smirk, offering a wry response.
  • Gen: “Hijo, nasa Pilipinas tayo. Walang Kalayaan dito.”
